Want to upgrade your kit? Had an accident on the trail and need to replace a part? No problem with Platypus. The wide range of parts has been developed not only with performance and quality in mind, but also modularity.
Accessories available include:
Hydration insulators
Slip one of these insulating sleeves over your Platypus™ reservoir and drop into your back pack for year round use. Keep your drinking water cool during hot weather and prevent freezing in winter. They also protect the reservoir against accidental punctures inside your pack. Available in three sizes: 1.8, 2, and 3 liters.
Gravity filtration system
This system lets you filter four liters of drinking water effortlessly. It includes a Platypus® 4-liter Big Zip™ reservoir and Water Tank™ and is designed to work with any water filter (sold separately). First, scoop collection water into the wide-mouth Big Zip, then attach to the intake hose of your water filter. Next, run the second hose from the filter's outlet to the Water Tank. Gravity forces the water through your filter. No pumping is required. Gravity does all the work.

Shower kit
Hose with showerhead and on/off valve converts a Platypus™ reservoir or Water Tank™ into a welcome camp shower.
Platy patches
Six self-adhesive repair patches if you accidentally puncture your Platy.

HyperFlow™ Bite valve
Our new improved HyperFlow™ Bite Valve has twice the flow of the previous Bite Valve. It's soft, drip-free, and easy to hold in the mouth. Can also be pulled apart to remove built-up grunge. Now available as a shut-off valve to completely eliminate any chance of drips or leaks when accidentally squeezed.
